Authenticating email addresses

Hello,

I recently installed Outlook Office over ME Outlook. Now
when I try to send emails to various people, they are
getting bounced back to me with the message that I need
to "Authenticate their email address".

Any suggestions on how to "authenticate someone's email
address so it gets sent.
