Aute Send E-mail on Outllok 2003

I have Outlook2003. Is there a way for me to setup outlook to
automatically send out an e-mail?

For example: I need for outlook to automatically send out an e-mail to
my my personal e-mail on the 1st of every month to reminding me to
e-mail my CEO the monthly report for the last month.

I do not want to setup a reoccurring calendar reminder, i need an e-mail...
