Autdio & Video inserted in PowerPoint do NOT play in Blackboard

My PowerPoint presentation with audio and video inserted does NOT play when
uploaded to the Blackboard Learning Management system. I save the PowerPoint
with Package for CD and have tested it to make sure it will play on other
computers. However when I upload it to Blackboard by zipping the folder and
then unpackaging - the PowerPoint presentation is visible as is the first
frame of the video however the audio and video won't play. Does anyone have
any suggestions?

I forwarded your message to a friend who uses the Blackboard LMS all the

My friend says:

Well, it would be my guess that the links to the actual video don't match
the folder structure when it was zipped and unzipped. Not sure I am
explaining this well, but I know what I mean.

Now, can you have this person or you ow whoever send me the zip file??? If I
can look at it, I can tell you or them how to fix it.

Don't try to attach the file to mail. Go to

and send it that way to my (e-mail address removed) account
(remove the indicated text from the email name)
