Auditing / File Management

Does anyone know of a way to audit changes made to drives and folders ( i.e. create, read, write, etc ... ) on a Windows 2000/2003 server

Have you tried the information provided in the Management Console "Help"
pertaining to "Auditing, Drives, files and folders"?
