Audit who is logging onto network?

Hi, in our old NT4 network the event logs showed who
logged in and at what time, also who is locked out or
entered the wrong password, how can I set this up in AD?

You should enable account auditing on the Default Domain Controllers Group
Policy, that will log logon events in the event logs.
