Audio Tuning Wizard

Hi!I have messenger 4.7 and 6.0.When I'm trying to run
audio tuning wizard my pc rebbots or messenger stop
responding.I really need help because i can't make an
audio/video conversation.

This is usually the result of either your audio or video/webcam drivers. You might want to
check WindowsUpdate to see if any new ones are available:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com (click the Drivers option after you scan).

Otherwise, you might check the video/audio manufacturers websites for newer drivers, or if
you're using an OEM computer (like Compaq, Dell, Gateway, etc.) you should go to their
websites to check for newer drivers.

Hi Egly,

The only thing I can really suggest is disabling the devices (or unplug your camera), and
going through the wizard to determine exactly what device is causing the reboot.

To disable a device, click Start, right-click My Computer and choose Properties. Choose the
Hardware tab, and then click the Device Manager button. Then right-click your sound card, or
video capture device and choose Disable. Then go back to Messenger and try the wizard again.
