audio track - file AVI

Hi,
I saved my project (originally captured as DV-AVI from DV) into my DV.
Sometimes the volumen of the music (joined from cd by W.M:Player 9) almost
disappeare and then returne as before, at beginning of some clip (without
fade between clips).
The strange is the same project saved in CD (format HighMatt) is fine, no
have audio problems.
I saw PapaJohn problems solutions, without result.
