Audio streaming

When streaming radio in Winamp 128 kb/sec and using an p2p software, the
audio streaming can't play. Always stops and beggins to buffer. Sometimes it
buffers over three minutes.
Doesn't matter if I have uploads and downloads using over 80 kbpsec or 5
kb/sec.
Something bothers it when other thing are using the net while downloading.
I have broadband so I don't understand the limit.
When I don't use p2p it works perfect, also when using p2p and streaming <96
kbp/s
