Hi sinds earlier this day we have windows Vista ultimate installed.
When the installation finished i started installing needed drivers so the
also the one for my sounds card ( an 5.1 Surround Sound card ) after the
installation finished i configured the card with windows and set it to 5.1
surround sound and tested it. all workt fine in the test but in windows media
player or windows media center the music is only coming out the front left
and front right speaker. not the center or rear left or rear right. normaly i
can solve the problems myself but i have absolutly no idea what is wrong
now... i read a few forums where i read that vista doesn't support surround
sound. is this or is there some problem with my sound card or drivers. Here
are some of the specs :
* Sound card : 514DX 5.1 Sound Expert Optical Trust
* sound drive: from internet vista edition for my card...

if you need any more specs just ask ....

Plaese help me Much thanks Vinez Initez

Visit the WEBsite, or contact support at the manufacturer of your card,
and see whether they have a Vista driver. Sounds in Vista are handled
differently than they were in previous operating systems, and certain
features that used to work in those systems may not function in Vista.
