audio drivers

Hello am looking for audio drivers for:

Audio: SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio DRVR

For windows 2000 pro

I only just install it as new.

Found one driver with the name as

R108276


It did,nt work.

Can,t install update patchs because am on dail up.

Just wanted it as a back up only.

My laptop name is Dell Inspiron 1300

Any help?

But i can,t find none for windows 2000 pro.

Download 5 and none work at all.

Dell do not support this card for windows 98.

But i could not even get the cd rom icon on .

So having windows 98 without a cd drive is pointless.

I install Acronis Disk Director on my desktop pc upstair, So i have windows xp home,windows 98 split.

No problems at all with windows 98 and even got my cd - rom to work on the desktop pc.

So looks like the dell inspiron 1300 only works with windows xp.
