audio configuration

I am trying to load itunes and I get a message that says there is a problem
with my audio configuration. I'm not sure what to modify in my audio
configuration. Any ideas?

I am not very good with computers and I have the same problem with my iTunes
7, i have no idea what to do. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. I am
lost, please help
