attendees calendars not showing correctly

When scheduling, names appear in the attendee list, but it
will not show their calendars. Their calendars appear as
a cross-hatched bar across the screen.

Any suggestions?
 
It indicates that their free/busy information is not available. Have you
tried updating the free/busy information? Are all of the attendees who show
the crosshatching external to your exchange org? If yes, then this is the
expected behavior.
