Suddenly all e-mail picture attachments (Outlook Express 6) cannot be opened.
MicrosoftOffice Picture Manager shows fleetingly on the screen, before the
screen shows an open white envelope in the middle. The best I've been able
to do is replace the screen with the lonely white envelope to a screen of
file addresses. I put everything back to default settings, hoping that might
help. It didn't. I ran detect and repair programs. A message said "Active
X Control is damaged." Help please. I've spent hours trying to figure this
out and can't.
Thanks.
