Howdy, how do i access attachments that outlook express has regarded as
potentially unsafe. Have been sent alot of attachments but are removed
before seeing them.

This is a safety feature, which you can turn off at your own risk. See
this Microsoft KnowledgeBase article:

I am told that, as a shortcut to regaining access to attachments that
you know are safe without disabling the attachment protection, you can
click the Forward button, as if to forward the message to someone else.
The attachments should then be available in the message to be forwarded,
which is displayed for you to edit.

Note, by the way, that this newsgroup is actually devoted specifically
to questions about Microsoft Access, the database product, and is not
really suitable for questions of this sort.
