Attacking program that can't be erased !

Serious problems with pc after being attacked. Several programs of a porn and casino description loaded themselves into my pc, they could not be removed manually and the whole system struggled to open any file. A Complete system and program restoration was performed and sorted the problem except for one program that re-appears after deleting. "Funwebproducts" is the name. Clicking on links on web pages or opening files on my pc opens up porn sites, on some web pages a link is replaced by a porn web address. Something is making this program re-load into my program files??????

These programs just magically loaded themselves on your computer? I don't think they would have gotton there if you stayed away from dubious web sites and porn sites.
