Attachments

I want to send an attachment to my main recipient of my email. I do not want
to send the attachment to my cc list. Can this be done?
 
This is not possible using the tools available in Outlook. The only way
would be to send two seperate e-mails, one with the attachement to that one
person and one to everyone else without the attachment.

Not with the same message. Create the message (without the attachment) and
save it as a draft. Forward that draft, including the attachment, to those
who should get it. FOrward the draft (without the attachment) to those who
shouldn't.
