Could someone please tell me how to change my email attachment from an icon
to a line below the subject? I have read on many posts on how to do it when
sending an attachment, I need to know how to do it on my emails that are
being received.

As Brian said, you can't control where the attachment is in RECEIVED
messages.

Another quick question, when you are sending an email in rich text and you
get the icon is there anyway to have the icon show at the bottom of the email
below a line automatically? When I go to send the message in rich text the
icon shows on the first line and I have to manually move it to the bottom.

Actually, it shows wherever the insertion point is at the time you attach
the file. If you're busy typing and then decide you want to attach
something, the icon will be placed wherever the text bar cursor happens to
be. If you then resume typing, you'll see the icon in the middle of your
text.

Put your cursor at the bottom of the message before you insert the
attachment.
