attachments

Whenever some one send me an attachment I am unable to
open/view it. Outlook tell me: "OE has removed access to
the following unsafe attachments...". This happens with
every attachment I am sent. Is there a way to get access?
I am currently using Outlook Express 6. Thanks for your
help.
