One of our execs asked me why his attachments appear
within the message body and not in an attachment line up
by the address. He likes to get attachments on the line
box so he doesn't have to open the whole message. Does
anybody know why this occurs? How do I change the setting.

depends on the mail format - RTF, text or HTML
