Attachments

All of a sudden I can't open any attachments, pdf, doc, etc. I get no error
msg or anything else. Just double-click it and that's it. I even sent me msg
with attachment fm my computer and it would not open---just sits there.

Only thing that happened recently is installed Norton EndPoint protection.
Too bad Microsoft Server Antivirus not available for Windows Server 2003.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. KenP

That might be a clue. What happens when you uninstall it? What happens if
you save the attachment to the hard drive first?
 
Haven't tried that but will. Thanks. Looks like this EndPoint is more trouble
than it's worth.
