Attachments

I recently installed Office 2000 on xp and 2000 pc's. They had Office 97.
Now attachments will not open in Outlook. I have tried deleting Office 97
but that didn't work. The strange thing is though, if you drag the
attachment to the desktop, it will open there????? So far this is all
attachments, doc, xls, and pdf. The user is an administrator on the machine.
The error message is as follows: "The server application, source file, or
item cannot be found. Make sure the application is properly installed and
that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed."
I sure could use some help with this one!!

Try clearing the Outlook Secure Temp Folder.
