Attachments won'topen and info. on virus removal

I installed Microsoft security from the 1,2,3 site and
now email attachments from some contacts won't open.
Also, I was told to remove jdbgmgr.exe because it was a
virus but on my computer it says it is Java debugger from
Micr. Do I delete it

Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
other bad code being received with attachments.
It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
least weekly.

Do not delete jdbgmgr.exe.
