attachments won't send

I can't send attachments. I get a message from system
administrator saying "undeliverable". It works on one
computer but not another with the same settings?? Any
ideas.

If anyone actually wants to try to help solve this
problem, the message I get in the inbox with the
subject 'undeliverable' says:
Relaying denied. Please check your mail first or restart
your mail session.
The sent items shows it was sent?? As I said before,
sending attachments works perfectly on another computer
and also the same computer but with a different user.
Office 2003.
Any ideas that anybody wants to actually share with this
forum?

Soon as you provide some practical details so that someone can actually
start troubleshooting your problems.

OS? Version of Outlook? Anti-virus? Firewall? ISP? Do they require that
you authenticate? Did it ever work on this machine? When did it stop
working?
