attachments wont open

My outlook express attachments are in the gray color
telling me that it won't open. Use to work fine, I've
heard that outlook is having problems with this. Can
anyone hep ?

In Outlook Express go to tools then options then security tab. Make sure the
box that says: Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus, is not checked. That should work.

i was just wondering if you found out the answer to this question??I've
tried to open my attatchments from family and friends and it won't let me so
do you have a answer on fixing this for me please??

Hi, you could try the following..:Tools>Options>Security tag>and see if
there is a TICK in the box that says "Do not allow Attachments to be saved
or opened that could potentially be a Virus. If so remove it then Apply..REB
