attachments vanish when using Outlook

I have a user who recently switched from Outlook Express
to Outlook. Everything was going fine. About 3 weeks
ago, she started having problems sending email with
attachments. The problem: the person sends an email
message with an attachment, the person receiving the
emails see no attachment. If you look at the properties,
the is no record of the attachment. If she swiches back
to Outlook Express, there is no problem.
