Attachments open up in Netscape?

I use Outlook 2002, and when I go to open an attachment in an email, it opens
it up in Netscape. How can I change this so that attachments are opened
in/by Outlook?

It depends upon the file association to the attachment. Often pictures
(jpg's, etc.) open in your browser. What is it specifically you want Outlook
to open?
