attachments lost

I have designed a custom outlook form, The problem is that
whenever I send a mail having an attachment using my
custiom form, the attachnemt is not shown. However the
outlook shows the attachment, but other applications such
as outlook express, hotmail, etc, don't show that
attachment.
I really need to solve this problem as early as possible.
I'll be thankful if anyone could please help me on this
topic.

You shouldn't use a custom form to non-Outlook recipients, unless you set their addresses to receive plain-text mail only.
