attachments in Outlook

Having attached a document for review under
Outlook, I cannot retrieve it when the reviewer
replies. How can I open my original to include
his additions?

If the person you sent it to makes changes, the only way you can see
the changes via e-mail is if they send the edited file back to you via
e-mail.
