Attachments getting dropped

I have a new laptop that has the same Office 2003 software that I had on my
previous laptop. On the old machine I had no problems with Outlook. Now I
am sending out E Mails with attachments that get dropped by some recipients
not others. For Example I may send a single E Mail with an attachment to
Recipient A and Recipient B. Recipient A will receive the attachment but the
same E Mail sent to Recipient B has no attachment. If I then ask Recipient
A to forward his copy of the E Mail to B, the forwarded E Mail has the
attachment attached.

This is driving me mad! Any suggestions will be most welcome!

Many thanks for your interest. I'm using HTML. Any other suggestions you
may have still most welcome.
