attachment?

While browsing, aweb site attached itself to the msn
browser and it shows up when the browser is open and I
click the right button. Would like to know how to
eliminate,remove.

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.
