Attachment to appear in the body of message in HTML format

The attachment icons need to be included as part of the printed message.
Right now the only way to see an attachment icon in the printed message is to
compose the email in some format other than HTML. When attaching an
attachment, I would prefer for it to appear in the body of the message using
HTML format. It automatically will appear as such in RTF but I need to
forward outside of our network.

Is there any way to do with with HTML format?
