Attachment Security Warning .doc

Hi

Outlook 2002 patched current

Every time I go to open a .doc file I receive an Attachment Secruity
Warning. Only it doesn't seem to be a Microsoft warning. Did all the
Level1Remove, and Add/Remove Warning files. When I go into Outlook in Safe
mode I do not have this problem.

How can I see which program is triggering the message? Tried right clicking
for
properties, if you R click the red circle with an X, it says no help file
associated.

Suggestions?

Thanks
Michelle

I have an user who have got an excel file but she cannot open it saying "
Can't create file: Quick.XLS. Right-click the folder you want to create the
file in, and then click Properties on the shorcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder." She has all the permissions since she is the
boss.

We are running Exchange server 2000 and outlook 2003.
