Attachment list in e-mail body

Hi,
Is there an add-on or a function in Outlook that would automatically list
the names of attached files in the body of the e-mail?
I've seen e-mails where attached file names appear as <<filename>>

Thanks

Gordon,
Rich text inserts actual attachment into the body of e-mail. What I am
looking for is a reference list of what was attached. So, for example, if
that same msg gets replied to or forwarded without the attachments, there is
still a list left in the body of what was initially attached. Or if I delete
the attachements after I send an e-mail so it does not clutter my Outlook,
there is still a reference left of what was attached.

I've seen these mainly in legal e-mails...

Thanks.

Ingrid,

Did you ever get an answer on this? I have been searching for a way to this
myself as I like to delete attachments to avoid oversizing my pst file
however wish to maintain a record of what was attached.

Thanks,
Teri
