Attachment in VB format

Hi,
I am trying to attach a file which is in Visual Basic
format. For some reason, the outlook blocks the file.
Dose anyone have the same problem, and knows how to fix
it? Thanks.
 
It is blocked for security reasons. The best way is to send this file in a
compressed format so the other can receive it as well.
