Attachment field

Can't for the life of me figure out how to add a field at
the top of my messages for the appearance of
attachments. I have seen this done on other Outlooks on
other computers, but can't find where to make this
change. I want the attachment to appear in a field below
the "Subject" line on all Outlook messages.

Can anyone help?

You probably need to change your e-mail format from Rich Text to HTML or
Plain Text. To do this go to Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format.
