Attachment field

How do you display the attachment field.
At work when I include an attachment, the attachment appears in a field up
top.
However when my office mate attaches a file it's included in the body of the
e-mail.
I've tried changing his current view to match my current view but that
doesn't do the trick.
What's going on?

Change your format instead to plain text or html. That should do the trick!
