Attachment does not show on header but in message body when create new email

Hi,
Attachment does not show on header which usually below cc field but it is in
message body when I create new email in outllook 2003 but another outlook
will attach in header on another machine. Any tips and information will be
appreciated.

It's based on the format of the message. Rich Text format messages show the
attachments in the message body while Plain Text & HTML mail messages show
the attachments in the header
