When I attach a file to an email in Outlook 2003, it does one of two
things...
1. It will either attach the file as an Icon in the body of the email
(usually right in the middle of a sentence or paragraph) or
2. Open a new bar underneath the Subject line displaying the file you
want to attach with a small icon.
Now, I prefer the 2nd choice, when it opens an attachement bar
underneath the subject line, but is there a way to set outlook to show
my attachments this way?
Everytime it attaches a document in the body of an email, especially
when dealing with mulitple attachments, I can't tell how the text will
look in the sent email and it looks quite cluttered and confusing.
So is there a way to set this to my liking, or will Outlook just do
what it wants in this case? Thanks!
