attaching files in header versus body of email

I want to attach my files in the header of of my email rather than in the
body of email. Does anyone know how to do that? I've looked it up on help
and online and all it gives me is information on how to attach. I know how
to attach a file...I just want to attach it to the header. Help!

Change the Email format from Rich Text to either Plain text or HTML....
