Attaching an email message to a message

Hello,

I use Outlook version 2002 with SP3 and no longer seem to have the option on
adding an Item on a message. What I trying to do is include an email message
into a new email message. I used to just go Insert, Item but this option
doesn't appear when I reply. Am I going crazy?
