Attach a file to all e-mail

Outlook 2003 is installed. The only e-mail account on this pc (in Outlook
2003) is using pop3. I would like to attach a small word document (maybe 8kb)
to every single outgoing e-mail that leaves Outlook. Is that possible?

I've always wondered: Why would you want to do this? I mean, sure, I know
the doc is small, but, what are you gaining? You're forcing the mail
recipients to open up another application just to read your mail, let alone
the fact that not all people in the world are guaranteed to have word
installed. Not to mention one of the cardinal rules of security is 'Don't
open a file you weren't expecting.'

Otherwise, try setting your default message type to RTF, editing your
signature and clicking Advanced Edit and inserting the file asn an object in
Word. It *might* work. Or it might not. Test it and, if it does work,
consider if you really do want to do this to every single person who you
mail.
