Any way to keep it on the screen though, after I click it (hopefully to get
it to stop flashing) the note disappears.

Thanks... Bob

You're not a real quick study, are you Bob? One more time...

That comes VERY close to being it. You are not setting an alarm but rather
bringing up the note. Is there a way to get it to stop flashing? When I
click on it, it disappears.

Well, alrighty then. I see a couple of additional options that
haven't been mentioned. (There may be more.)

1.) Simplest option --- let it flash til your done reading it, THEN
click it.

If that's not good enough, the other can be done in far less time than
it takes to read it. Being as detailed as possible:

2.) a.) Click on note.
b.) Let it disappear.
c.) Right click the ATNotes icon in your system tray.
d.) Either:
i.) Press the "L" key (lower case without the quotes)
on your keyboard, or;
ii.) Left click "Note List" on the popup menu.
e.) Find/search the note you're looking for and left double
click it.
f.) If desired, make the highlighting go away by left clicking
inside the note.
g.) When finished, close the note list window by clicking
anywhere within that window

From here, you're on your own. That's all I've got.

I guess I was referring to when I told it to flash. But I surrender, you
guys have been of great help.

Thanks... Bob

You're welcome. Just wanted to add that dadiOH's suggestions re
"HIDE" (and unhide) are WELL worth playing with to try and get the
notes to do EXACTLY what you want. ATNotes is the most versatile
program of its kind (IMHO) but that also means you have to experiment
somewhat on your own to make things work to suit your own special
needs. Good luck!
