ATI Radeon X800 XL with Dell Dimension 8400 and XP Media Center Ed

Hi,

I currently run Windows XP Media Center Edition on a Dell Dimension 8400
(Pentium 4, 3.4GHz, 2GB DDR2 RAM). My current installed video card is an ATI
Radeon X300 SE 128MB PCI-Express. I want to upgrade to the ATI Radeon X800
XL 256MB PCI-Express, and was wondering if there are any issues running this
card with my current system. Also, how easy/difficult would the upgrade be?
