How did you try install the drivers? Did you try extracting the contents of
the device driver file, and update using the .inf file? Open Control Panel >
(set to Classic View) > open Device Manager > expand display adapters >
select the currently installed driver > right click it > click "Update
Driver Software > "Browse my computer for driver software" > click "Browse"
navigate to the location (folder) where you stored the extracted .inf file
click Next and it should detect it.

Report back.

I've install it in 2 different ways:
Afler instaling with .inf file (from device manager) and rebooting
video device properities in device manager puts this msg:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code
43)

when i've installed it with instalator, in the end it putted me this
report:

Try uninstalling the existing driver then install the new driver. If none of
that does not work, I recommend you report the issue to ATI and also send in
Feedback and file a driver report using the following links:

people here a tip lets list mobos and chipset drivers.
we need details to see if this is a hardware conflict.
all i see is x this wont work or pro that.
what are the details ...........
i like to see if this chipset driver problem and if newer mobos dont have a
issues.
and if there hardware conflicts also.
do we need to install direct x 9c for a card to work?
do we need to lean of on the mobo makers for chipset surport.
do you?
i really seeing a pattern here with vid cards not working and it not looking
good for vista cause the vid card makers will just sell new cards that work
and screw microsoft.
that will cause us to all look at xp 64 instead.
if i want more performance i wont sink 500 bucks into a vid card when i
spend 400 3 years ago and 200 plus for a OS when i can just pick up a mobo
and cpu and win xp 64 for half the price of that.
from what i seeing ms is droping the ball on surport and vista is starting
to look like a major headache and wallet killer.
