Windows Vista ati all in wonder problem

i have vista 64 ultra,installed my all in wonder 9200 video card loaded the software,and it did not work,it seems too me by looking at forums that there is not an update at ati,only for xp drivers..so is there a work aroung for this?i have tryed everything,i am trying to make video footage from 9mm tape.into dvds,any help whould help thanks and have a merry christmas...tomstr

You might need a newer card as i'm sure that Vista requires quite a bit to run the Aero graphics.

If so i'm not sure it qualifies to run vista, as its DirectX 8, not 9.

You can pick up an ATI 2000 series card for £20 that will do you fine.

yes this is the right card,mabee i can use 9600 vista drivers

Yeah you could but its not really a smart thing to do, i wouldn't recommend it.

Well depending on what you are gonna buy, most PC parts are very very cheap at the moment.

£250 will get you a very respectable PC.
