Athlon 64 X2 4200+ and DDR2 800 Ram

Having done some reading and research, I am trying to find the best
combination to put together the following system:

Motherboard: M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless AM2 Nvidia nForce 590

RAM: Corsair XMS2 2-GB (2x 1 gb) 240 pin ddr2 SDram DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Cas 5 Timing 5-5-5-12 (2 sets of 2 4 gb total)

Hard Drive: WD 320 gb 7200 SATA

Video Card: MSI NX7600GT Geforce 7600GT 256 MB GDDR3 PCI-Express x 16

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Windsor 2000mhz HT

Optical Drives: Lite-on IDE Dvd Drive; Lite On 16x DVD+-R

PowerSupply: COOLER MASTER RS-550-ACLY-SLI ATX12V/ EPS12V 550W Power

Case: Cooler Master Mystique 631 RC-631 KKn1-GP ATX Mid Tower

Will a system with 4200 processor deal with the 800 ddr2 sdram?

If anyone has a system similar to this one, please give a shout and let
me know if I am forgetting about something or making any mistakes...

Suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!
