The consumer side of SanDisk doesn't know about the fixed vs removable
issue. You need to talk to the OEM side of SanDisk. Try sending email to
OEMSales (at) sandisk (dot) com. They make you prove you bought a -388 CF
part, and then they make you sign a license agreement.
