AT&T server doesn't transmit all my messages to Outlook

It seems very random because the messages that I find were left in the AT& T
Yahoo server are from the same addresses that normally make it to Outlook
2003. Any thoughts on that, please ? Thanks.

If you have messages in your AT&T Yahoo! Inbox and Outlook is not
downloading them, then either Yahoo isn't reporting them to Outlook when it
asks, or Outlook believes they've been downloaded already. Are these
messages in the Inbox on the server?
