Hello,
I have MS Outlook 2003, and I use it to process e-mail from a Yahoo account.
Yesterday, I attempted to send an e-mail with an attachment that apparently
exceeds Yahoo's capacity. Outlook partially transmitted the e-mail -- and
now the e-mail is "stuck" in my outbox. (I tried to send the e-mail over 24
hours ago. So, it's definitely "stuck," as opposed to still processing.)
When I try to delete or move the e-mail from my outbox, nothing happens.
When I try to open the e-mail in my outbox, I get a message stating that I
can't open it b/c Outlook has begun to transmit it. Unfortunately, I can't
send any other e-mails, because those outgoing e-mails are queued behind the
one that's stuck.
Any suggestions on how I can delete or purge that e-mail from my outbox?
I've seen "similar" topics on Microsoft's website -- but none of them
specifically address an e-mail that has been partially transmitted.
Thanks for your time!
Bob
