week.

this has been going on for years. probably one of the worst designed and
perpetually re-designed support websites i've ever experienced. actually, a few
years back it wasn't so bad. it wasn't great but certainly better than what we
have today.

they have added forums recently. while the intention is great the execution (no
surprise) leaves something to be desired.
